Phase 1: Pre-construction
The initial consultation allows us the opportunity to get to know you and learn about your dream project. This is when all your initial questions are answered. If you decide that we are the builder for you, a signed contract and paid deposit will get the ball rolling on bringing your dream home to life.

Phase 2: Planning & Design
Together, we will work to determine the best plans to suit your style and lot! Whether choosing independently or working with an interior designer, we will help you carefully craft a beautiful and functional floor plan.

Phase 3: Specs and Budget
Once initial selections have been made, plans and specs will be sent to our trade vendors to bid your job. These bids are then used to create your construction budget which you approve before construction begins. Our flat fee cost method ensures that we work together with honesty. We’re not incentivized to cut corners or unnecessarily drive up costs.

Phase 4: Financing
Once plans have been finalized, it’s time to secure financing for your project. We have an excellent group of easy to work with lenders. Home construction loans function differently than traditional mortgages.

Phase 5: Construction
Sit back and relax as our team expertly manages your project. Your project manager will be there with you every step of the way to ensure our standard of quality and excellence is upheld while keeping everything on schedule. A final walkthrough is conducted once construction is complete as you prepare to move into the home of your dreams!
